Does environmental damage qualify for a warranty? (i.e. trees falling on furniture, animal gnawing, wind damage, etc)

Acts of God and nature are not warranted by Berlin Gardens. However, if there appears to have been other causes of damage to your purchase please reach out to us.

What is needed for a warranty claim?

The first step is to contact us as a dealer with an explanation of the claim you are filing with us and proof of receipt. We do ask that pictures are sent with every claim so that the situation can be properly assessed. Please also provide your shipping address and phone number associated with your purchase. We will deal directly with the parent company.
